The Newburg R-II School District has an anticipated opening for a special education teacher for 2017-2018 school year. Applicants with K-6 special education certification will be considered. Successful applicants must be able to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs); work as a team member, including supervising paraprofessionals; communicate effectively with parents and staff members; provide differentiated instruction to individual students, small groups, and whole groups; and implement behavior modification strategies. The Newburg R-II School District is currently taking applications for bus drivers. Applicants must pass a background check, have or qualify for a CDL, Missouri Bus Operators Permit and have an “S” endorsement. Please apply in person at the Bus Garage.
The Newburg R-II School District has a vacancy for an aide in our Special Education department. The successful applicant must have 60 hours of college credit, be flexible, a self starter, and a team player. Starting pay is $11.40 (with 60 hours and no experience), with district-paid insurance and retirement with PEERS.
