State law and school policy require all volunteers to have these items on file with the district:

• MACHS background check – Completed one time over the course of your child’s school career as long as your child remains with Newburg schools. 
• Volunteer form – Must be updated yearly
• Confidentiality form – Must be updated yearly

Those who wish to attend events such as school parties or other events at the school during school hours will need to check in at the office.  Here you will need to provide a government-issued ID which will be scanned before allowing entry.  In order to enter, you will be given a visitor tag.
