Today is the final day to turn in forms for students to be seen by the Four Rivers Smile Bus when it visits our school next week. This service is open to all students Pre-K through 12.

If you can't make it to the office to turn in your forms today, no problem- you can email them directly to our school nurse at tsuschanke@newburgk12.org.

The required forms are attached to this post so you can get them sent quickly and easily.
