Please be aware that our school policy requires a Written Physician Request in order to administer prescription and over the counter medications that you want your child to receive while at school.  Medications should be given at home unless it is absolutely necessary to give it at school.  (Example: Every 12 hours can be given at 6am and 6 pm.)  Medication will be need to be brought to the school by the parent.

Parent Contact Information
It is imperative that the school receive updated contact information for the parents in the event your child is ill. If your contact information has changed, submit the new information or calling the school nurse. You can also send written notice via BackpackExpress in an envelope addressed to the school nurse.
