Dear Newburg R-II Community,

It is an absolute privilege to continue serving as your Superintendent for the 2025–2026 school year. I am constantly inspired by the strong spirit of partnership, pride, and the collective dedication to excellence that defines our Newburg R-II district.

We are solidifying our strong foundation this year with powerful resources in place and a  focus squarely centered on providing the best possible education for our students driven by three key strengths:

• Significantly Upgraded Technology: We have made major investments to ensure our classrooms are equipped with high quality technology, preparing our students for a future-focused world of learning and opportunity.
• High-Quality Instructional Materials and Programs: We have implemented rigorously selected and high-quality instructional materials and programs across all grade levels to ensure academic rigor and measurable growth for every student.
• Outstanding Team: We are immensely proud of our outstanding administrative team, dedicated teachers and paraprofessionals, and a support staff of custodians and bus drivers that are second to none. Our Wolf Pack team's professionalism, passion, and commitment to nurturing every child is the true driving force behind our students' success.

Together, we will build on this foundation to strengthen academic achievement, cultivate strong character, and ensure every student graduates prepared for success in their chosen path.
